Features and specifications

This tangential roaster has highly efficient convective heat transfer that develops coffee evenly and quickly with no risk of scorching.
Just plug in to a regular 16A three-phase connection (380/400V, 50–60 Hz, 10.75 kW max). Single-phase configuration will also be available in the future with reduced power requirements.
Fast roast time and rapid recovery between batches makes P3000 twice as productive as other machines in its class.

Sensors

Four bean temperature sensors combine for stable but highly responsive BT curves. Two RTDs and two t-type thermocouples.
Six sensors monitor inlet air temperatures for precise, stable readings and consistent roasts under changing conditions.
Achieve perfect consistency and optimize your between-batch protocols by monitoring the heat in the roaster directly.
Monitor outgoing air to track heat absorption by the beans.
Monitor the green bean temperature and adjust your roast profile for seasonal changes.
Monitor incoming air pressure for a complete understanding of airflow in the machine.
Automatically mark first crack and end the roast based on development time. Record each crack in your roast logs, for a fuller understanding of how beans behave in the roaster.
Observe color and size changes in real time without using a trier, for maximum consistency. Features in development include visual records as part of roast logs, color and size tracking, and more.
Measuring airflow volume directly, rather than relying on pressure or fan speed, allows perfect replication of profiles under varying conditions.
Record ambient humidity for a more complete understanding of heat transfer in the roaster.
